“ If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The food was delicious, especially the Cajuan Shrimp & Carrot Cake. We had two starters, four appetizers, and three desserts. Plus, our drinks were good too, I loved my rosé. Everything was made to perfection. The service was top-notch, extremely welcoming, and attentive. I celebrated my birthday here, and I am so glad I did. I was made to feel truly special! The ambiance and atmosphere were lovely, and the decor was lovely. Excellent experience, I shall definitely return to try more delicious food and drinks! ”

“ Visited The Oakland Kitchen for breakfast and tried the steak burrito and eggs Benedict. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but good enough. What really stood out, though, was the beautiful ambiance and interior decor — warm, stylish, and inviting. The service was wonderful too — attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a relaxed, nicely designed place to start your morning. Would definitely come back to try other menu items, maybe dinner next time. ”

“ The kitchen and bar is in a nice location and with plenty of parking space. First time out here and we were greeted very nicely and immediately shown our seats. Cocktails were good, salad was delicious but didn't enjoy the Cajun shrimp, too few for the price, maybe 6 pieces instead of 4 (in my opinion). Truffle fries were good. Overall experience was good. It is quite spacious inside. Nice place for couples and anyone headed for date night! ”

“ I recently visited The Oakland and found it to be one of the best restaurants I've personally ever been to. While it's intentionally pricey, it's not too pricey for what you get. So what do you get? For us it was the best meal I can recall having, ever. The food, the presentation, the atmosphere, and the staff are all next level. While I realize this is simply a random review and likely means nothing to most people.. Check out The Oakland, its worth every penny. ”

“ TL;DR: Food and service are excellent. Love the plants. Food presentation is top notch, and the recipes are refreshing: just the right balance of ingredients. The menu has a focused but diverse selection. You know a good restaurant when they are strategic here. The manager was very attentive and clearly cares about his craft, and his staff did an amazing job for a busy Tuesday night rush. This place is popular already! A wonderful addition the the Country Creek Commons. I'm ecstatic to have a such a versatile place near by. ”
